As a yoga student myself, I appreciate knowing what to expect during a class and getting to know the flavor or style of my teacher and their background. Setting expectations helps me feel safe in a class and empowers my choices. As a teacher, I wanted to share more on what you can expect from me and Root Rise Yoga.
