I am a compassion warrior, life explorer, and self proclaimed nerd. I owe my path to Amanda McMaine with the Essence of Yoga Center. Like everyone, I have good days and less good days but yoga enables me to connect with myself, my family, community, and the world.
Connection enables compassion. Gratitude reminds us that we are not alone; there is joy all around including in our bodies. Choices breed power and that's energy. Our breath is a powerful force for creating space and change. Recognizing the creative force in ourselves connects us to that same universal energy. Everyone has the choice to connect!
I teach and practice a breath inspired, core integrated, somatically aware yoga. Intuitively sound alignment, mind body connection and giving students safe choices is important to me because these choices allow yoga to be accessible by all people. Supporting and lifting one another up as we explore our own paths to wholeness and wellness
