Circle 5 is a fee based participant course. Circle 5 is your 5 weeks to explore the foundations of Root Rise Yoga. Each week you get a variety of offerings that build your Root Rise Foundation. It's your journey and you get to explore it at your own pace. Here's what we will cover and the format.
Each week, participants get to review relevant science based information regarding the topic of study for the week. Individuals get access to online written practice guides, book reviews, video offerings, and every week individuals get both an office hour with Kenya and a separate private group weekly practice session.
Exploring the breath, prana, and where the breath resides and potentially moves in the body. We explore how positions of the body affect the breath and how the breath can affect positions of the body.
Exploring where tension resides in the body and how tension steals our energy.
What is the core, how to integrate it into our daily movement and practice. How our core is foundational to how we live and move.
From our head to our big toe, exploring finding power through grounding and rising and through the fascial lines connecting ourselves.
Loving ourselves, letting go, and surrender can be some of the hardest things we do as humans. Find support in our props and positions that open space for release and restoration.
No, all experience levels are welcome, variations will be offered for all bodies and abilities.
